Hi, my name is Sniffles. I'm not like the other Bears.
I am filled with stuffing, and I have a heart that cares.
My ears were made to hear you...when you tell me special things,
like when you had someone die, and all the sadness that it brings.
I hope that you find comfort in keeping me close by.
Remember ~ It's okay to talk with me, to laugh or even cry.

We believe that the time to do this ws yesterday, but today will have to work.

Did you know...

That it helps to talk to someone when you're feeling sad. Write a list of names on a piece of paper,  how many people could you reach out to if needed. 

It is hard when someone you love has died.  One thing I found helpful for special days - Birhday - Holidays - Anniversary    Buy a balloon, write a message to them with a marker, then go outside and release up to them.   Thinking of them and doing something will help you with those special days.
